Whether you accept it or not, Chakras play an important role in your Life. Just like any other organ of your body, Chakras play an individual as well as an inter-dependent role in your survival and wellbeing. They are those Energy Vortexes which absorbs Energy from the Universe, the environment which surrounds us, the people around us and almost any and everything which can trans-receive Energy.

A balanced flow of this Energy keeps us physical, emotional, mental and spiritual fit. Chakras can also be described as the non-physical gate-ways, linking Energy to our Physical body. They regulate the inflow and the outflow of Energy in our body. All-in-All there are 236 small, mid & large sized Chakras in our body. Seven of these 236 Chakras are the Large or the Major Chakras. 

Depending on whether the Chakra is unblocked or blocked i.e. balanced or imbalanced each of these Energy vortex can drastically affect our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state of being. Chakras clear of any blockages i.e. Balanced Chakras, allows the Pran or the Life force to circulate easily asserting a healthy, balanced and an enlightened existence.

                    Muladhara

The word Muladhara is a Sanskrit word and can be broken up in two parts Mul means roots & adhar means support. Together Muladhara means the roots that support or nurture the entire energy system of our existence.

The deeper sense says that just as the roots of a tree decides how high the tree would grow, how flourishing would it be, how strongly would it hold up against high winds & storm and how long would it live, the condition of your Muladhara would forecast your ability to survive & grow in this challenging physical & spiritual world.

It is the first of the seven major chakras and is associated with the element of Earth, symbolizing the densest grade of manifestation and the basis of life.

Located at the base of the Spine, this Chakra connects us with the mother Earth, without whose presence we would not exist.

Muladhara chakra is the energy foundation of our chakra system and inherits primal instinct to evolve and survive from any situation or crisis. It provides us with the motivation and passion to evolve and succeed like mother Earth.

This is the Chakra which defines what type of Life we live, a dependent and a life full of crisis, (Like Financial or Relationship crisis. Physical or Mental health issues or Crippled Materialistic and Spiritual growth.) Or a Healthy, Independent and a Prosperous life full of Values, Possibilities, Ambitions and Achievements on both Materialistic and Spiritual realms.

Body parts like the Lumbar, Hips, Legs, anus, the bones and organs like the Liver, Kidney, Prostate, Large intestine and the Rectum are associated and govern by the Muladhara. Any dysfunction in these organs or body parts is an indication of an under-active or blocked Muladhara.

Some of the physical symptoms through which the body tries to tell you about the imbalance of the Muladhara are varicose veins, chronic low back pain, sciatica, rectal tumor or cancer, constipation, diarrhea, piles, colitis, high blood pressure, hemorrhoids, kidney stones, rectal/anal problems, impotence, dysfunction of reproductive organs, water retention issues, problems of absorption or assimilation of needed minerals or vitamins like B-12 deficiency, and issues with liver, kidney, prostate, large intestine, anus, groin, hips, legs, knees, calves, ankles, and feet.

At the same time the mind reacts to the imbalance of the Muladhara and creates issues like you being hyper concerned about personal and family security. Your thoughts and actions tend to revolve around sensual pleasures and material possessions. Un-able to progress spiritually (although you may be trying different meditation, healing modules or practices.) You may feel low energy level and lack of enthusiasm for life and may be struggling to carry on with your daily tasks and responsibilities, you may feeling stuck in life and feel obsessed. You may not be able to maintain your profile, have low or no confident, be indecisive, feeling isolated, abandoned or lonely. You may be facing issue in your job or business you may lack a permanent source of income. Lack of commitment, operating out of fear, high survival and security concern may also bother you. You are unable to take your stand when required and face partnership issue, relationship issues, depression, addictions, phobias, obsessions or even have suicidal thoughts or tendency.

Muladhara Workshop is a two day workshop exclusively on the Muladhara Chakra. It is a 100% Practical Energy workshop. "Muladhara - En-Strengthening your Existence" is among those special workshops conducted by ‘The Soul House’ once in a year. This time it has been organised after a long span of 

The following are the topics covered in detail in this workshop.

1. Introduction to Chakra System. (A brief talk on the Chakras and how they are linked with us)

       2. Introduction to ‘The Muladhara Chakra’. (Detailed understanding of the Muladhara, it’s association with our body, how it affects our day to day life and how conditions and circumstances of our life are generated through the state of this Chakra )

       3. Understanding the Geometry of Muladhara Chakra. (A detailed understanding of the structure of the Muladhara as explained by the Ancient Indian scriptures.)

       4. Recreation of the Muladhara. (Energy work by Master TD on the participant’s Muladhara individually i.e. one to one.)

     

       5. Understanding the Concentric Layers of the Muladhara Chakra. (A deep understanding on the formation of this Chakra and how fringing works.)

       6. Channeling Energy in the Muladhara (Energy work by Master TD)

       7. Importance of petal beeja & the beeja. (Understanding the beej mantras associated with every petal of the Muladhara and the rataan procedure)

       8. Activation of every mantle of Muladhara. (Energy work by Master TD)

       9. Learning to Guard what is been absorbed by the Muladhara. (Understanding and Learning what thoughts affect the proper function of the Muladhara and how to guard self from getting engulfed in such thoughts.)

       10. Deflecting the Disease linked with Muladhara and Healing. (Healing and Learning how to Heal the associated disease so that reoccurrence does not happen)

       11. Activation of the Kanda – The juncture. (Energy work by Master TD)

       12. Activation of the Kunda – The Sleeping Kundalini’s Furrow. (Energy work by Master TD)

This is a 100% practical workshop and participants would be going through a number of activities which even includes ancient Indian practice required to gain a perfect rhythm and balance of the Muladhara. 

Participants are requested to bring along their yoga mats for certain exercises we would be doing in the workshop but if you are not able to squat or sit on the ground it’s fine you can do those exercise on the chair itself.

After the workshop the participants needs to practice some exercise and rattan at home for 21 days, so if you plan to come for this workshop you need to ascertain that to gain the optimum benefits you will have to invest a few minutes of your time for the next 21 days.
